Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Scan and verify inventory with handheld scanners
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
