Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, reach trucks) after training
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting
- Support cross-functional team during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
