Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate company-owned forklifts, pallet jacks, and order selection equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling materials with provided PPE
- Optimize picking routes using warehouse management system (WMS) tools
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately to maintenance team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanner systems
- Ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours with provided ergonomic support
- Willingness to operate company-provided material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided mechanical aids
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
