Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice picking technology
- Operate powered warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper equipment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn tech systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience beneficial but not required
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in climate-controlled facility
