Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain warehouse efficiency
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and optimize picking routes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends/holidays
- Reliable transportation to Magnolia Ave facility
