Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice technology
- Verify inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and warehouse maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends/evenings
- Valid California Driver's License for equipment operation (if applicable)
