Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with remote team leads via digital tools for real-time updates
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for remote coordination tasks
