Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation
- Optimize picking routes to maximize productivity and meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Support inventory audits and quality control initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
