Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Safely load/unload, sort, and organize perishable goods using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct routine inventory checks and update warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols (HACCP compliant)
- Operate cold storage equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse/cold storage experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
