Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certified training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with receiving and shipping teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining 99.5% order accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently
