Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves based on pick tickets and work orders.
- Verify accuracy of picked orders by checking product codes, quantities, and quality.
- Securely pack items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding order volume and workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
