Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring daily productivity and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems with WMS software to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with 3PL partners and transportation teams
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct monthly safety audits
- Develop process improvements for receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Manage cross-functional projects including equipment upgrades and layout redesigns
- Prepare daily KPI reports on productivity, accuracy, and cost metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Expert knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and shrinkage reduction
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing union/non-union teams
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field required
