Responsibilities
- Scan barcodes and verify items to ensure 100% accuracy during the picking process.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Follow safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with the packing team to meet daily throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld RF scanners.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
