Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain strict cold chain protocols for perishable goods during handling
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Valid Alaska driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments (cold storage areas)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage Industrial Park
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
