Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, quality, and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as requested by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify SKU numbers and product codes accurately.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (shifts are active and fast-paced).
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
