Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven track record leading high-performing teams in 24/7 operations
- Expert knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
