Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Utilize provided warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) to move inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Durham facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
