Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Inspect products for quality, damage, or defects before shipping.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to weight limits and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for picking and packing operations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in various temperatures for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
