Responsibilities
- Select and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for quality issues and ensure proper labeling and secure packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately to the team lead.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) with physical stamina.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
