Your Role
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our warehouse and loading docks.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Assist with inventory management, including picking, packing, and scanning products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
