Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label merchandise accurately and efficiently according to order requirements.
- Verify inventory quantities and ensure proper quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners and forklifts (if certified).
- Meet daily production quotas and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding inventory issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
