Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Replenish stock in designated areas to ensure inventory levels meet operational demands.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain data accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with 5S safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying shipping documents and ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Report damaged products or inventory discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours) in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
