Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and conditions against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts, stock rotation, and receiving dock duties.
- Follow all safety protocols regarding lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
