Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Fulfill customer orders accurately using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S safety standards.
- Fleet Support: Assist in loading and unloading trailers to ensure timely shipping schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
