Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise based on customer orders and pick tickets.
- Pack items securely and accurately into boxes for shipment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding lifting and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow pick tickets and labels.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
