Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Integrity: Conduct regular cycle counts and verify stock levels to maintain high inventory accuracy standards.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to prevent hazards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company quality standards.
- Workflow Efficiency: Work collaboratively with team leads to optimize picking routes and reduce processing times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize picking errors and returns.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and using technology such as RF guns and handheld scanners.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
