Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure optimal workflow.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to verify inventory and update stock levels.
- Label packages correctly and load them onto delivery trucks.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming shipments.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Forklift certification is a plus but training is available.
