Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, bagged, and staged for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for defects or damage prior to packing.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Sort and organize inventory on shelves and pallets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in various temperatures and stand for extended periods.
