Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and power jacks to move stock efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated areas to optimize warehouse flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
