Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment based on customer orders.
- Verify quantities and product descriptions to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
