Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise based on customer orders and pick tickets with high accuracy.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they are properly packaged and labeled before shipping.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring freight is handled with care and placed in designated zones.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills; English proficiency is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands (standing, walking, bending).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
