Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and damage before processing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Handle customer returns and restock merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software or scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure 99% order accuracy.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperature conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license preferred for local driving tasks.
