Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and RF scanners, to move inventory safely.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets company safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
