Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the inventory control team immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and loading docks clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading outbound trucks and receiving incoming shipments when required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
