Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate handheld scanners and RF devices to verify inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse technology (RF scanners) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
