Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and priority
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and verification
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Report equipment malfunctions and workplace hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
