Responsibilities
- Retrieve and verify merchandise from shelves using scanners or pick lists to ensure accuracy.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect items for defects or damages before processing orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
