Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Ensure all orders are prepared according to strict quality standards and shipping requirements.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify counts against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (will consider experience).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
