Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack products based on customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock levels.
- Packaging: Inspect items for quality, apply appropriate packaging materials, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Quality Control: Verify that all shipped items match the packing slips to minimize returns.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
