Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, wrapped, and placed in shipping containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for quality control and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts or pallet jacks (certification provided).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read barcode labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business demands require.
