Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with remote supervisors via digital tools for task prioritization
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain clean and secure work environment
- Document activities using mobile scanning technology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
- Reliable transportation to facility (on-site work required)
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid forklift certification a plus
