Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain organized work areas and adhere to 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
