Responsibilities
- Select and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all packages are labeled correctly and prepared for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce fulfillment times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
