Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, wrapped, and secured in boxes or pallets.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of product presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and counting inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior warehouse experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
