Responsibilities
- Retrieve and pick merchandise from warehouse shelves using scanners and hand tools.
- Accurately pack, label, and stage items for shipment, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Inspect products for damage and verify orders against packing slips.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals ready to learn.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
