Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to process inventory.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and labels.
- Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting heavy items.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
