Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packing.
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Verify order accuracy against picking tickets and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
