Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company guidelines.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies immediately to supervisors.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified) to move stock within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
