Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanning devices.
- Verify product quantities and ensure orders meet quality standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (after certification).
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently as needed during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail are required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
