Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification training
- Perform inventory checks and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Process shipments and receive new inventory with quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to complete paid equipment certification program
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Parkway facility
